Bodyne is a service of Blue SteelCo, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit bodyne.com or engage with our services.

• Business name, your name, email address, and phone number when you request a growth audit, book a consultation, or submit an intake form.
• Website URL and related business details you share during assessments.
• Messages you send us through contact forms, email, or SMS.

We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed) through standard web analytics to improve the site. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the audits, reports, and consultations you request.

3. SMS Data Handling

If you opt in to SMS messaging by checking the consent box on a Bodyne intake form:

• Your phone number is used exclusively to send you transactional and account-related messages related to the service you requested.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not sold, rented, or transferred to third-party marketers under any circumstance.
• Your phone number may be processed by our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Twilio's handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Bodyne SMS. We retain a record of opt-out requests to honor them.

4. When We Share Information

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — for example:

• Email delivery providers to send you communications you request.
• SMS delivery providers (Twilio) to send messages you opt in to receive.
• Hosting and analytics providers to keep the site running.

These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information to any party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the services you requested, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request deletion, we remove your information from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
