Program Description
Bodyne sends transactional and account-related SMS to business owners who request growth audits, strategy consultations, and SEO reports through bodyne.com. Messages include audit delivery confirmations, appointment reminders, monthly performance snapshots, and reply-based support.
How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting your phone number on a Bodyne intake form (such as a growth audit request or consultation booking on bodyne.com) and checking the SMS consent box. The consent box is not pre-filled; you must actively check it.
The consent language reads:
"I agree to receive SMS messages from Bodyne at the number provided. Messages may include audit delivery, appointment reminders, monthly performance snapshots, and account updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, typically 2–10 messages per month. You may receive more messages during periods of active engagement (such as the week of a scheduled call or the day an audit is delivered).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Bodyne does not charge for the messages themselves; however, your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates based on your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your specific plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any Bodyne SMS at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by resubmitting a Bodyne intake form.

Supported Carriers
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, and other major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes affecting subscribers will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued participation in the program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
